The revamp of Sysco’s Tampa headquarters transformed an outdated, underutilized workplace into a welcoming and functional environment designed around the needs of its employees. Although the building itself was new, the existing furniture felt dated and disconnected from the space. The remodel introduced a fresh reception desk, collaborative huddle tables, comfortable casual seating, and new office systems to create a more cohesive and modern workplace experience. The updated design encouraged employees to gather, collaborate, and enjoy the space in new ways, ultimately turning the office into a place they were proud to use. The transformation even extended to seasonal moments, with employees embracing the newly refreshed environment by decorating and celebrating the holidays together, bringing a greater sense of community and personality to the workplace.
